You’ve Fallen For Me Fashion & Menswear: Episode 15

You’ve Fallen For Me had a pretty good run, and I’m sure all of us have had plenty of campus outfits inspiration. I really wish this final episode stuck to its youthful and colourful theme, but sadly, it decided to take a turn into dull territory.

1. SHIN’S DAY LOOK

Shin wears a red, white and blue plaid button up with a white collar that has a blue and red stripe along the end. He also wears dark blue jeans. Accessories are matching blue and red shoes, silver and black studs, and a watch with a dark blue dial and a silver oyster strap.

2. KYU-WON’S DAY LOOK

Kyu-won wears a white top with red stripes tucked into a black maxiskirt and tops it off with an army green vest, complete with gold stars at the shoulders.

She accessorizes with a matching red and white striped watch (so cute!) and a gray and brown bag.

3. HEE-JOO’S DAY LOOK

Hee-joo wears a light pink dress with a white rounded collar and accessorizes with a bright pink clutch again seen in Look 11 later in the ep.

4. KYU-WON’S DAY LOOK

Kyu-won wears a buttoned coral top tucked into dark blue shorts.

She accessorizes with dark blue slingback wedges, a thin square watch with a brown strap and white dial, a dainty teddy bear necklace and a cream coloured round-based bucket bag.

5. SHIN’S DAY LOOK

Shin wears a white tee and an unbuttoned purple button down with a white collar. Notice the cute little baseball player on the right of his shirt. It seems like there are other icons on the shirt but we can’t see them closely! He also wears dark blue jeans.

He accessorizes with his silver hexagonal studs and broken star necklace, and blue shoes with white details.

6. YOON-SU’S DAY LOOK

Yoon-su wears a yellow-brown tank top tucked into a black and white patterned maxiskirt.

She accessorizes with a brown handbag that she carries by its top handle, white oxford shoes, a silver dainty necklace, a long brown necklace with sections of brown sequins on it, a brown belt and a black and gold bangle. I also love the swoopy curl at the ends of her hair.

7. SHIN’S AND KYU-WON’S DAY LOOKS

In their absolutely unnecessary breakup scene, Shin wears a white tee with a 16-square design of what looks like a flower, paired with a teal coloured cardigan. He also wears dark blue jeans.

Kyu-won wears a buttoned pink dress with ruched sleeves and a cute layer detail at the ends, clinched in the middle with a brown and white belt.

Shin accessorizes with a black watch, silver studs and his dark blue shoes with bright yellow shoelaces.

Kyu-won accessorizes with her brown square watch from Look 4, brown sandals and a small green and black handbag, her dainty teddy bear necklace also from Look 4, and a thin gold band that she wears from here on out.

8. KYU-WON’S TRAVELLING OUTFIT

Kyu-won heads to the airport in a cute colourful outfit consisting of a green top with a ruffled collar tucked into a bright yellow skirt. She tops it off with a black cardigan with white line details that makes me think of piano keys.

Accessories are a silver necklace, a small brown backpack and a gray patterned suitcase.

To a year later when Kyu-won has become a successful singer with hair extensions and a more mature look and when we pummel straight into Shin’s disastrous menswear turn. Thankfully, everyone else dresses in the same style we’re used to seeing but with slight hair transformations.

9. KYU-WON AT A PRESS CONFERENCE

Kyu-won wears a red top with cute cutouts along the top. I also have to point out her ridiculous photo with the hat, though she’s promoting her song with the word hat in the title, which explains things. Still.

10. YOON-SU’S AIRPORT FASHION

Yoon-su arrives in the airport and goes the rest of the day in a black romper and dusty pink blazer. She accessorizes with a thin brown belt, a black handbag, a thick silver bangle, a beaded white bracelet, a black rope bracelet, green and silver studs and black booties. She’s also back to having no bangs, though I preferred the bangs.

11. HEE-JOO’S ALL-DAY LOOK

Hee-joo tucks a loose white button up with puffy sleeves into a pale pink patterned A-line miniskirt. Love the skirt! She accessorizes with her bright pink clutch seen in Look 3, a dainty heart necklace, a silver bracelet and green heels. Love the heels too. And her new curls framing her face. Basically, I love the whole look!

12. KYU-WON AT DANCE REHEARSAL

I thought I would put all of her dance looks here. First up, she wears a white printed cropped tee with drapey sleeves over a long black asymmetrical dress. She accessorizes with black leggings and gray and pink sport shoes.

I really like her second look which is a white sweater with black horizontal stripes on the front and vertical stripes at the back.

I also really like her third look in a white oversized mesh sweater with two large green stripes across worn over a black dress.

13. SHIN’S ALL-DAY LOOK

Shin finally reappears after the time jump… and oh my, I don’t know what to say. He gets a hair transformation too, now with a slight wave in his hair and a tousled look with random strands sticking out at the top and back. In my humble opinion, I think a haircut was way overdue. By a year.

He wears a white V-neck tee, a dark blue cardigan with light stripes across and gray pants. Accessories are a black and sliver watch and studs and a black hobo bag. That bag just takes the cake, man.

14. KYU-WON AT HOME

Kyu-won wears a light pink top with a large collar and gathered sleeves tucked into a high waisted maxiskirt with an interesting print. She also wears ballet flats.

A later home look of hers includes a white tee with a pattern of orange, green and dotted feathers. Like!

15. SHIN’S DAY LOOK

Shin appears in a white rounded tee and a gray cardigan, paired with blue jeans. He accessorizes with the same black and silver studs and watch from Look 13, and white sneakers.

16. YOON-SU AT HOME

Yoon-su wears a sleeveless pale yellow maxidress with an Oriental-like red and blue print. Really interesting. She accessorizes with large silver studs.

17. KYU-WON’S ALL-DAY LOOK

Kyu-won wears a bright pink top (that is actually tucked in in the “proper” look) and wide-legged black pants. She accessorizes with a dainty silver key necklace, a black handbag, black heels with a large buckle detail and a lock-shaped watch with a black wraparound strap that I really like!

18. SHIN’S FINAL LOOK

Shin wears a white tee with a dark blue cardigan that has some white scratch-like details on the shoulders. He also wears gray pants. He accessorizes with his silver and black watch and white sneakers.

19. KYU-WON’S DAY LOOK

Kyu-won wears a buttoned dark green maxidress clinched with a black belt and paired with a long black cardigan. She accessorizes with a silver droplet necklace, tan-coloured bag, cream sandals and her lock watch. I don’t really like this look, as it looks too mature for her.

20. KYU-WON’S FINAL LOOK

At the final scene at the club, Kyu-won changes into a light blue dress with a matching ribbon belt and accessorizes with her silver key necklace, lock watch and brown heels.

21. YOON-SU’S FINAL LOOK

Yoon-su wears a loose white top with a stack of pearl necklaces. I don’t think the combination here works, though. She also accessorizes with a pearl bracelet and a black watch.

22. HEE-JOO’S FINAL LOOK

Hee-joo wears a bright pink layered dress and accessorizes with a necklace and gold bracelets.

I find this episode sadly underwhelming. Yoon-su and Hee-joo still had some cute and interesting looks going on, but I feel like our main leads didn’t really score on their looks. It went further downhill after the time jump, especially for Shin.

Shin was particularly shocking, since I really liked his young, colourful and fun menswear, but his last three cardigan looks seemed so sloppily put together to show off his dourness after the breakup. And the hair! Dunneven. What a sad way to finish off with an already-bad finale.
